Product Introduction

The servo booster pump primarily consists of components such as a servo drive, servo motor, and gear pump. Waterjet boosters primarily employ two pressure-enhancement solutions: hydraulic boosting (boosting pump) and direct-drive boosting (direct-drive pump). Hydraulic boosting technology is more mature, offering advantages of high and stable pressure, making it the mainstream solution in the market. However, traditional hydraulic boosting relies on a “conventional asynchronous motor + plunger pump” drive configuration, which suffers from drawbacks such as low energy conversion efficiency and high noise levels. To address these issues, our company introduces the servo-driven booster pump solution, effectively resolving both problems.

Product Advantages

Non-cutting state: No need for continuous rotation to maintain pressure/Energy savings of approximately 30% (may vary slightly depending on specific process patterns).
