On November 10th, Weihong (stock code: 300508) plans to invest RMB 29.78 million in cash to acquire 47.2698% equity of Changzhou Hemotors Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. based on the company's strategic development plan. After the transaction is completed, Weihong will become the largest shareholder of Hemotors Electronic.

Weihong (stock code: 300508) is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research and innovation of motion control systems. After more than 20 years of development, the developed CNC systems, servo drives and other products have become the core components of various CNC machine tools, widely used in industries such as mechanical processing, mold manufacturing, laser processing, etc., becoming the first privately-owned CNC system enterprise listed on the A-share market in China.

Hemotors Electronic is a supplier specializing in providing motor solutions to global customers. Its main products are brushless motor and screw motor, which are widely used in fields such as robot, electric vehicle, household appliance, electric tool, and industrial control. The brushless motor adopts electronic commutation, detects the rotor position through sensors, controls the direction of stator coil current, forms a rotating magnetic field to drive the permanent magnet rotor, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, long life, and low noise. The screw motor can directly convert rotational motion into linear motion without the need for additional conversion mechanisms, and has the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity, and smooth motion.

Zhang Jianbo, the general manager of Hemotors Intelligence, has over 20 years of experience in the step motor industry. He has served as the R&D director and general manager of several enterprises. He led the development of the world's first HB principle linear motor, the motor for the Shenzhou-9 space station's robotic arm, and the complete series of domestic alternatives for step 5-phase motor. He holds over 40 patents and has rich experience in motor R&D and team management.

This acquisition enhances Weihong's ability to provide comprehensive solutions in the motion control field, including CNC system, servo drive, motor, and industrial cloud service. In recent years, Weihong has actively built an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem with motion control as its core through technological innovation and industrial collaboration. Through this integration, the company will further strengthen the closed-loop ecosystem of "software and hardware integration", providing richer products for application scenarios such as robot, industrial mother machine, precision manufacturing, medical device, etc.

Promote innovation through acquisitions and plan for the future through synergy. Through this acquisition, Weihong will quickly enter and enhance its core technology reserves and production capacity layout in the motor field. Weihong is committed to providing future-oriented intelligent solutions for customers and users.
